If you are currently registered as unemployed with the National Employment Service, join us as an IT Equipment Procurement Assistant, that will contribute to our team dedicated to maintaining seamless IT workflow. Job responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to daily operations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for internal users, ensuring efficient functionality.
- Assist in cabling and networking tasks to maintain the integrity and optimal performance of our network infrastructure.
- Coordinate the distribution of new or replacement equipment to relevant staff members.
Requirements
- Under 30 years of age
- Less than 6 months of professional experience
- A secondary school or college degree
- You are currently registered as unemployed with the National Employment Service
- English language, both written and verbal
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Windows operating systems
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with internal users and vendors
- Keen attention to detail and a sense of accountability in handling equipment and procurement processes
- Experience or knowledge in procurement and equipment organization, including vendor communication
