    Job responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to daily operations.
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for internal users, ensuring efficient functionality.
    • Assist in cabling and networking tasks to maintain the integrity and optimal performance of our network infrastructure.
    • Coordinate the distribution of new or replacement equipment to relevant staff members.


    • Under 30 years of age
    • Less than 6 months of professional experience
    • A secondary school or college degree
    • You are currently registered as unemployed with the National Employment Service
    • English language, both written and verbal
    • Strong computer literacy, particularly with Windows operating systems
    • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with internal users and vendors
    • Keen attention to detail and a sense of accountability in handling equipment and procurement processes
    • Experience or knowledge in procurement and equipment organization, including vendor communication
