    Job responsibilities

    • Collaborate in the strategy and execution of business development initiatives
    • Conduct research to define potential customer profiles
    • Execute and manage the sales pipeline
    • Engage in lead generation, data collection, and research activities
    • Utilize LinkedIn and email for outreach purposes
    • Implement various tools to automate outreach processes
    • Communicate with international clients
    • Schedule, lead, and attend meetings with potential clients
    • Develop pitches and proposals for potential clients
    • Coordinate promotional strategies and activities with the marketing department


    • Under 30 years of age
    • Less than 6 months of professional experience
    • A secondary school or college degree
    • You are currently registered as unemployed with the National Employment Service
    • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
    • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and internal team collaboration
    • Proficiency in Excel (Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting purposes
    • Tech-savviness to adapt to new tools and technologies
    • Strategic thinking ability to envision broader objectives and drive business development
    • Responsible, determined, self-driven, and self-motivated work approach
    • Creative thinking and the capability to innovate and problem-solve
    • Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, which includes involvement in community or student organizations is a plus
