Business Development Assistant – Program “My First Salary”
Description
If you are currently registered as unemployed with the National Employment Service, join us as a Business Development Assistant and work in a team that is committed to advancing, strengthening and expanding business activities. Utilize your tech-savviness and creative mindset to support our objectives, contributing to client interactions, data analysis, and innovative business development strategies. The internship is part of the “My first salary” program of the National Employment Service.

Job responsibilities
- Collaborate in the strategy and execution of business development initiatives
- Conduct research to define potential customer profiles
- Execute and manage the sales pipeline
- Engage in lead generation, data collection, and research activities
- Utilize LinkedIn and email for outreach purposes
- Implement various tools to automate outreach processes
- Communicate with international clients
- Schedule, lead, and attend meetings with potential clients
- Develop pitches and proposals for potential clients
- Coordinate promotional strategies and activities with the marketing department
Requirements
- Under 30 years of age
- Less than 6 months of professional experience
- A secondary school or college degree
- You are currently registered as unemployed with the National Employment Service
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and internal team collaboration
- Proficiency in Excel (Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Tech-savviness to adapt to new tools and technologies
- Strategic thinking ability to envision broader objectives and drive business development
- Responsible, determined, self-driven, and self-motivated work approach
- Creative thinking and the capability to innovate and problem-solve
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, which includes involvement in community or student organizations is a plus
