Junior Graphic Designer – Program “My First Salary”
Description
If you are currently registered as unemployed with the National Employment Service, we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative squad in an internship role! Like the rest of our colleagues, you will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with your team members. Showcase your talent, enhance user experiences, and leave your mark on our visual identity. The internship is part of the “My first salary” program of the National Employment Service.

Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior designers to conceptualize and execute design assets across various platforms
- Contribute to the creation of UI components for our web applications, maintaining consistency in design and user experience
- Design visually engaging graphics for social media and event promotions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Execute basic photo editing tasks, including cropping, retouching, and resizing images for diverse projects
- (Optional) Utilize storytelling or copywriting skills to enhance brand messaging and visual storytelling in designs
Requirements
- Under 30 years of age
- A secondary school or college degree (A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory)
- Less than 6 months of professional experience
- Experience in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Good understanding of design principles and typography
Bonus points
- Copywriting skills that resonate with the brand's voice
- A knack for storytelling to enhance the engagement of content
- Familiarity with UI/UX writing to enhance user experience
