Junior Software QA Engineer – Program “My First Salary”
Description
If you are currently registered as unemployed with the National Employment Service, join us as a Junior Software QA Engineer and work in a cross-functional team that consists of FE and BE Developers, QA Engineers, and Scrum Master.. Your role involves reviewing specifications, collaborating with our QA team, executing test cases, and reporting issues. The internship is part of the “My first salary” program of the National Employment Service.

Job responsibilities
- Review and analyze system specifications thoroughly
- Collaborate with Senior QA Engineers to formulate effective strategies and test plans
- Execute test cases, whether manual or automated, and meticulously analyze the results
- Report identified bugs and errors to the development teams promptly
- Actively participate in team meetings and engage with the Badin Soft community of practice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold and ensure quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle
Requirements
- Under 30 years of age
- Less than 6 months of professional experience
- A secondary school or college degree
- You are currently registered as unemployed with the National Employment Service
- Basic knowledge of Java, with familiarity in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Basic understanding of the Selenium framework
- Experience with source versioning tools, particularly Git
- Familiarity with RESTful services and APIs
- Possess an analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude with a strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
Bonus points
- Familiarity with Postman
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts
- Familiarity with rroject management tools (Jira, ADO etc.) and Agile
